2 teaspoons baking powder

2 large eggs

1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1/4 cup pickled ginger

1/4 cup bonito flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup dried seaweed

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 cups all-purpose flour

4 cups shredded cabbage

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup okonomi sauce

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions:

Get your mix ready: Put flour, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl.

Make it wet: Pour in water and crack in the eggs. Mix until smooth.

Load it up: Throw in your cabbage, green onions, bacon, shrimp, and pickled ginger. Stir it all together.
